ATM stands for “Azienda Trasporti Milanese” or “Milan Transit Authority”, a company established 1931, owned by the Milan Municipality. Its oldest pride is the urban network of rails on which, since 1933, runs the fleet of streetcars, for it’s functionality: it’s cheap to manage and does not pollute. Today, two among the oldest specimen of the fleet run daily as restaurant-on-the-move for a two hours long dinner across the vast network of rails. Continue reading

Ralph Donnermuth is a welthy man, a maecenas and an art collector. When he found himself facing Heinz Mack’s artwork The Sky Over Nine Columns, placed in front of Palladio’s San Giorgio Maggiore Basilica, within the 14th Venice Biennale d’Architettura 2014, he determined that an exhibit of that effect should be seen by the largest possible audience.
